Individual Membership is open to the public.

          To become a member join us at the Leonard Krieger Canalway Center on the First Thursday of September  thru May. The meetings consist of getting acquainted and snacks, a buffet meal (reservations are required with the cost being $15 per person), short business meeting and a Featured Speaker with Q&A following.

Supporting Sponsorship is available to individuals or businesses who would like to assist
with the C.A.S. Outreach program.

This program makes a concerted effort to encourage astronomy teaching and learning by inviting local high school science teachers and their students to various dinner/lectures ( at   C.A.S.’s expense). There they will be exposed to astronomical research work that employs the practical application to the scientific research process. The Outreach program also allows teachers to network with other teachers, students to socialize with other students and for all to  be exposed to an academic lecture event outside the regular classroom experience. Supporting Sponsors will be recognized on the web site and they may provide a link to their site or just have their affiliation recognized as being a company or  individual who supports community involvement.
